My secret confidence hack

There are some days I feel down, but other days like I’m on the top of the world. Sometimes there are situations when I need to regain my confidence in order to complete a task or face unpleasant situation or people. This is what I’ve been doing at work and in life.


According to Amy Cuddy, Social Psychologist and Professor at Harvard Business School, if you strike a power pose for two minutes prior to engaging in a stressful task, you’ll raise your confidence level.


I call it a Superman pose. You simple stand tall with your chest out and your hands on your hips. Like a superhero in any avengers movie.


It was proven by science that standing in a power pose just for two minutes, your testosterone (courage-producing hormone) level increases and your cortisol (stress-producing hormone) level decreases!


Try to use my confidence hack in any stressful situation or when you feel less powerful and you’ll be surprised by results!
